“Progress Software on Thursday announced the acquisition of load balancer solutions company Kemp Technologies.

The $258 million cash deal is expected to close next month, pending regulatory approval. Progress, a maker of digital experience management solutions, described the Kemp purchase as part of its overall corporate strategy to double its size within five years through mergers and acquisitions.”
